At Complete Runner, our aim is to try to ensure that you do not have to return goods and that you are happy with your initial purchase. With that in mind, if you are unsure about the suitability of any product for you, please ring or email us prior to ordering to discuss your precise requirements. Any one of our knowledgeable staff will be pleased to help you. We love talking to our customers and want to ensure that you make the right choice first time.
However, even with the best will in the world things occasionally go wrong. In that unfortunate event please ring to discuss the problem and agree a way of putting matters right. Ask to speak to Andy Brogan our Mail Order Manager. Alternatively send Andy an e.mail via the contact us page.
Should you need to return goods which are faulty or not as ordered we will always refund your postage.
However, in all other circumstances you must contact us to arrange the return. Regrettably, in such circumstances we will not be able to reimburse postage.
